All

We stand behind every phone.

Every refurbished phone is protected in Australia. If a fault turns up, our technicians verify it and you pick what happens next.

12-month warranty

Standard on every refurbished phone, extendable to 24 months with accidental damage cover. Valid within Australia.
30-day returns

A verified fault gets you an identical replacement, store credit that never expires, or a refund. We send the express return label, so the postage back costs you nothing.

Diagnostics & certified erasure, built into every phone.

Every phone goes through Phonecheck, the industry leading device diagnostics platform. Before it is packed it takes the full functional test, the battery is measured, and whatever the last owner left on it is wiped.

80-point diagnostics

Phonecheck's full functional test: display, cameras, speakers, microphones, sensors, buttons and every radio in the phone.

80% minimum battery

Battery health is measured and recorded against that phone, and nothing leaves here under 80%.

Securely erased and restored

The last owner's data is wiped to a recognised erasure standard, then the phone is restored to factory settings.

Unlocked, ready to activate

Carrier lock and blacklist status are checked on every phone, so your own SIM works in it on any Australian network.

Tested and erased to recognised standards
